Welcome to my blog about the upcoming year, 2022. It's been a long time since I've had the opportunity to write in this space, so I thought I'd jump right in.
2020 was a busy year for many reasons. The coronavirus pandemic put unprecedented pressure on organizations around the world as they struggled to effectively meet the demands of their customers and employees while avoiding negative brand associations that could hurt their bottom lines. But as difficult as it may have been, there were also many positive takeaways from this period.
For example, many companies took the opportunity to reassess their business models and streamline their operations with the goal of creating a more streamlined and efficient organization for the future. As you might expect, these improvements have also resulted in reduced costs and improved profitability. It's never been easier to conduct market research and get feedback from customers than it is today, which has helped foster a more customer-centric approach to business across the industry.
A surge in mobile adoption has also given organizations an opportunity to improve engagement and interactions with customers by facilitating more interactive communication between company representatives and consumers.
During the Pitru Paksha season, Hindus honor and show respect to their loved ones. They accomplish this by participating in the Tarpan and shradh 2022 rituals and praying for salvation.
